• BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The first concept store for fashion designer Alena Akhmadullina, who is often cited as a true success story of Russian fashion. A native of St. Petersburg, Akhmadullina first captured the attention of the fashion world when she presented her radical interpretations of traditional Russian designs during Paris Fashion Week in 2005. Since then, she has shown a number of collections that incorporate a modern take on Russian style and folk-tales. Many of her pieces are dreamy, feminine, and intriguing while retaining a timeless elegance. Her print dresses are especially beautiful and popular. Her designs are popular with Russian socialites gracing the pages of fashion magazines, and the young fashion designer is herself a fixture in the Russian high-society scene. Akhmaddullina has also designed fashion concepts for the Eurovision Song Contest in Russia and for the closing ceremony of the Vancouver Olympic Games.
