Famous Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov launched his restaurant empire with Sirena in 1992. The restaurant has not changed much since then, but has had the time to work out its formula for success. The culinary emphasis is on seafood, cooked according to European recipes. The interior is decorated like the cabin of a ship, with fish-tanks in the dining halls, and a glass floor through which diners can watch sturgeon swimming.
