One of the projects under the umbrella of the upscale Nostalgie restaurant, Shatyor (which means "marquee" in Russian), is a semi-enclosed pavilion cafe that is located on the waterfront at the Chistye Prudy pond. Just as at Nostalgie, the cuisine is upscale European (there are a number of Japanese dishes as well), and is well executed but expensive. The cafe is open from May through September only.
