There are two locations of this Moscow sausage and beer restaurant opened as a partnership between restaurateur Arkady Novikov and sausage king Vadim Dymov. The menu includes a selection of beers, including a house brew, sausages and meat dishes, as well as Japanese dishes. Both the food and the interior are simple with a touch of chic. The Sofiiskaya Embankment locations offers nice views of the Kremlin and has a shop in which diners can buy sausages.
