There are five locations of this Moscow chain of sushi eateries under the auspices of famous Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov. In classic style, there is a conveyor belt on which sushi goes around in little boat shaped plates. The sushi on offer is of good quality, although reasonably expensive. The name is a pun that can translate either "sushi oars" or "dry your oars".
